Assessment of some hematological and biochemical parameters in patients with renal failure in Al-najaf province

Chronic renal failure is a condition in which the kidneys gradually lose their ability to function because of gradual loss parenchyma. This study aimed detect some hematological and biochemical parameters patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) attending hemodialysis center. A cross-sectional included review (89) cases at Al-Hakeem Hospital's dialysis center Najaf from September 7th October 16th, 2021. The collected data were analyzed using Office Excel SPSS-23. Variables by frequencies, proportions, percentages. current discovered that males had longer sequences than females, rural areas those urban areas. In study, blood Sug, B. Urea, S. Crea, K, Na, Cl, Ca+2, Alb, Tpro levels did not differ significantly between females failure, whereas HB TCA did. At last, we recommend people conduct an early medical examination for disease, especially who suffer symptoms such as low urine output, swelling legs, fatigue, tachycardia, others, obtain treatment.
